- Act as the City's project and construction manager for energy efficiency retrofits at City facilities
- Manage $2 million retrofit of lighting, HVAC, roofing, building energy management systems and other efficiency measures at City Hall
- Responsible for coordination and incorporation of ARRA/DOE/EECBG funding requirements
- Compile a performance contract RFP and conduct the performance contractor selection process
- Negotiate contractor agreements and coordinate work during construction
