The AndersonPenna team is currently assisting the City of Laguna Beach with the planning, design and construction management of the storm drain and stairs repair on Circle Way. This $1,000,000 construction project includes the upgrade of the 18" diameter RCP storm drain to a 60" diameter RCP with an aesthetically treated flap gate at the ocean outlet. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the access stairs to the beach, the installation of a CDS urban runoff diversion, the relocation of water lines and sewer pipelines, landscape, irrigation and electrical upgrades. Coordination and permitting with the California Coastal Commission and the Regional Water Quality Control Board are also requirements of this assignment.
