AndersonPenna prepared a technical report for the City of Fountain Valley which established the Year 2 Sewer Capital Improvements program.  The Year 2 program was developed based upon criteria established by the City's engineering, operations and maintenance staff and a team of experts from APP with extensive experience in sewer pipeline system rehabilitation. The projects include CIPP lining, sewer pipeline replacement, manhole rehabilitation, pavement restoration and CCTV. APP is finalizing the preparation of plans and specifications required to properly bid and construct the planned sewer improvements projects, scheduled to begin construction by March 2011. APP will be responsible for engineering support during construction.
