Since January 2009, AndersonPenna has been providing the City of Laguna Beach with a full team of resources to assist with Capital project oversight as an extension of city staff, with a particular focus on managing specific projects and coordinating among stakeholders. This includes writing RFPs, pursuing funding, managing consultants and contractors, managing design and environmental compliance, as well as infrastructure, facilities and energy efficiency construction management and inspection.

We prepare staff reports for City Council, oversee community relations and provide agency staff with the support that is necessary to ensure projects are performed in a quality manner, on time and within budget.
