The City of Calabasas primarily provides landscaping maintenance services through four assessment districts. Combined, these districts result in more than 4,000 assessments to homeowners and businesses. The funding provides landscaping maintenance on major residential streets and in common areas with easements. The assessments generate nearly $3,000,000 in revenue to fund landscaping maintenance that includes open space areas, parkways, parkway trees, medians, slopes and creeks.

AndersonPenna coordinates with City staff and the County of Los Angeles Assessor's and Auditor-Controller's offices to prepare cost estimates, database updates, engineer's reports Proposition 218 balloting services, and assessment submittal to the County.
