The scope of this project is intended to minimize OCTA's risk in the delivery of five grade separations during design and construction. AndersonPenna is part of a multi-disciplinary project team responsible for reviewing plans to ensure they are constructable and clear for bidding purposes. This includes review of construction plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates as well as special studies and design exceptions for each of the five grade separations.
