APP provides energy services that support an agency's efficiency and management plans including review or audit of energy use at agency facilities. We assist agencies to create a list of energy goals, prepare project priority lists, and identify commercially available technologies that support those goals.

By staying current with the latest federal funding provisions, such as EECBG grants, we have assisted several agencies in organizing their incentive and grant program applications and submittals. We then assist our clients with oversight and administration of the improvement projects.
