APP supports local agencies through project management & staff augmentation in the areas of public works, code enforcement, and building and safety. Our typical assignments include: managing capital improvement programs, performing code enforcement activities for cities and counties, preparing and administering grant applications, performing design for public agency bid packages, and overseeing the construction of local agency improvements.
We are well-versed in state and federal funding programs. We provide our clients with general oversight and coordination of STIP, HBRR, FTIP, and Measure M applications and implementation. As part of this, we manage the preliminary engineering and environmental document processes, along with coordination among local agencies, Caltrans, and resource agencies for permitting and approvals.
