City of La Cañada Flintridge has selected AndersonPenna Program Manager, Teresa Kelley, PE to manage the design of the Phase I, I-210 Soundwall Improvements Project as an extension of city staff. The project is funded by Measure R and TCSP and will be completed over a year through close coordination with the City and its design firm, as well as Caltrans and Metro staff.
City of Chino has selected AndersonPenna to provide consulting services for the reimbursement review of the City of Chino Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2005-1. Working with the City’s design engineer and Lennar, the developer, AndersonPenna’s Debby Cobb is responsible for acquisition project oversight and review of developer’s reimbursement requests.
AndersonPenna has successfully assisted the North Coast Railroad Authority and its freight rail operator NWP Company in obtaining a $3.18 million RRIF loan from the Federal Railroad Administration. The funds will pay for work necessary to complete railroad rehabilitation and prepare environmental documents required by the Regional Water Quality Control Boards.
Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) has approved the addition of AndersonPenna to its construction management consulting team to oversee the construction of the Black Point Bridge Automation Project. The project involving this 100 year old swing bridge is funded through ISTEA and will comply with necessary Caltrans and FHWA requirements. AndersonPenna coordinated with SMART and Caltrans to prepare the initial preliminary environmental statement and all application documents to secure the E-76.
