APP works with our clients to identify funding sources that may be applicable to capital needs as well as regular operations and services budgets. We manage grant applications and administration. The APP team also has significant experience with benefit assessment district formation and annual administration of these districts.  In connection with these functions, we assist with public outreach, planning and implementation, feasibility analyses, and report preparation including staff reports for Council and Board meetings.
